• Saturday: 11:00h – 21:00h
• Sunday: 11:00h – 20:00h

Additional Attendee Policy:

• Each registered exhibitor is entitled to bring one additional person to assist them during the convention. This person could be a colleague, helper, or anyone necessary for your booth’s operation.

Important Reminders:

1. Booth Setup: Please ensure that your booth setup is completed before the event opens to attendees.

2. Setup & Breakdown: You can set up during the following hours:
   Friday: 15:00 – 20:00
   Saturday: 8:00 – 10:00
   Artists must be fully set up by 10:00 o’clock.

3. Name Badges: All attendees, including additional persons, must wear their provided name badges at all times during the convention.

4. Free parking is available for all participating tattoo artists. Parking cards can be picked up at the information desk upon arrival.

You can get your badge on Saturday morning at the reception. Badge includes parking for the whole weekend.

A deposit of €50.00 is required, which you can collect at the reception from 19:30 . If our team notices that you start breaking down too early, you will not be able to get your deposit back.
