We’re excited to have you join us for the next Antwerp Tattoo Convention. Below, you’ll find important information regarding the schedule and additional details for your participation:

Event Schedule:

  • Friday Setup:
    • Time: From 14:00h – 20.00h
  • Saturday Setup:
    • Time: From 8:00h
    • For participants who are unable to set up on Friday, Saturday setup will be available from 8:00h. All booths need to be ready before the opening.

Convention Hours:

  • Saturday: 11:00h – 21:00h
  • Sunday: 11:00h – 20:00h

What’s included:

  • 1 large table
  • 2 chairs (regular chairs)
  • 1 needle container
  • water
  • paper
  • 10 weekend tickets for assistents, clients, family, …
  • discount on food and drinks

Additional Attendee Policy:

  • Each registered exhibitor is entitled to bring one additional person to assist them during the convention. This person could be a colleague, helper, or anyone necessary for your booth’s operation.

Important Reminders:

  1. Booth Setup: Please ensure that your booth setup is completed before the event opens to attendees.
  2. Name Badges: All attendees, including additional persons, must wear their provided name badges at all times during the convention.

You can get your badge on Saturday morning at the reception. Badge includes parking for the whole weekend.
