Tickets

• All ticket sales are final.
• Refunds are only issued if the entire event is fully cancelled. No refund is given for artist lineup changes or individual cancellations.
• Commercial resale of tickets above face value is strictly prohibited. Tickets sold through unauthorised channels may be refused at the door.

Tattooing & Age Requirements

Tattooing persons under 18 requires written parental or guardian consent plus a valid ID for both the minor and the consenting adult. Individual artists and studios may apply stricter age policies at their own discretion.

Venue Rules

The following items are not permitted inside the venue:

• Weapons of any kind
• Illegal substances
• Glass containers
• Outside alcohol

Booth Holder Terms

• Booth setup must be completed before the 11:00 opening each day.
• Artists and traders may only sell merchandise related to their own brand from their allocated booth.
• Booth allocation and placement are at the sole discretion of the organiser.
